Becoming a member of Arizona Therapy Dogs means you are a part of a group of dedicated, certified therapy dogs & their handlers in the greater phoenix area and are looking for consistent ways to change lives. 

As a member of our organization, you will have regular opportunities for your therapy dog to help others. You are making a commitment to helping others through the joy of an animal and the best part - it’s free! 

HOW TO BECOME A CERTIFIED 

ARIZONA THERAPY DOG MEMBER 

1. Complete training with our sister company - Golden Puppies. 
2. Become a Therapy dog through Arizona Therapy Dogs evaluation and certification. 
3. That’s it!

 No dog? No problem, You don't have to own a therapy dog to get involved with us. We’ve got tons of opportunities for you to get involved. We are always looking for canine-lovers to help us get stuff done - it’s part of what keeps us successful.

 When you book one of our therapy dogs, you’re inviting comfort, connection, and healing into your space.  

While we regularly visit larger organizations and public spaces, our mission also extends to individuals and families in the community who are facing difficult moments. We are available  following traumatic or unexpected events, providing immediate comfort and grounding support when it matters most. 

Each visit is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, whether supporting patients, students, staff, or someone experiencing illness, grief, or stress. Our therapy dogs are carefully trained for temperament and positive interactions, ensuring safe, meaningful experiences for people of all ages.
