it started with one special pup named Daisy.

Daisy became a certified therapy dog before she was two years old, and watching her spread joy inspired her human, Nataly, to take things further. Nataly quickly realized that many therapy dog programs were expensive and out of reach for people who truly wanted to help their communities 

Determined to change that, Nataly set out to create an organization focused on helping people without the hefty price tag. She teamed up with Kristie, an AKC Certified Master Trainer, and together they created Arizona Therapy Dogs as a nonprofit-style, support-driven organization that doesn’t charge people to be part of the group. 

 Arizona Therapy Dogs works closely with Nataly’s sister company, Golden Puppies, a full-service dog care provider. Golden Puppies provides the foundational training, while Arizona Therapy Dogs guides handlers through the certification process. 

Instead of charging membership fees, Arizona Therapy Dogs offers opportunities for therapy dogs and their handlers to get out in the community while fundraising to keep programs accessible.
